Our 2016-2017 Annual Report released

The release of the Quality Agency Annual Report 2016-2017 showcases our work improving quality assessment and consumer choices in aged care.

3,964 – the number of visits to residential aged care services, including site audits, review audits and assessment contacts as part of our assessment services against the standards we conducted in the 2016-2017 financial year.

More than 47,000 – how many care recipients and their representatives we interviewed as part of our assessment of services against the standards last financial year.

1,027 – how many quality reviews and assessment contacts we conducted with home care services in 2016-2017.
