Quality Agency education seminar series for Approved providers

The Quality Agency has a role to play in supporting the aged care sector to address the important problems and emerging critical issues linked to areas of known risk.  As the aged care regulator, an important part of the Agency’s role is to positively influence sector behaviour, both to shift poor performers and to create opportunities to promote better practice and innovation across the sector.

Our first seminar series A spotlight on serious risk and infection control was held in each state office in October and November.

Those unable to attend the series can now access the following online resources:

A note about our infection control presentations: Each state office had a different guest speaker on infection control, and unfortunately their presentations were only made available to those that attended on the day.
